Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about one of your restaurants, situated in Princesa-Huelin, Málaga, Spain; it's the only Paco's restaurant in Spain, so you won't have  any problem finding it,

Well, the incident took place last Saturday at 9:00 p.m. when I decided to eat in this restaurant. At the beginnig there wasn't any problem, but when they had brought me my order, I saw that there was something moving, a cockroach.

But this wasn't the problem, the problem would come later when nobody withdrew my order. There weren't so much people in the restaurant, so I don't understand why they decidet not to withdrew my plate.
